I'm a lecturer (assistant professor) in the history of philosophy at King's College London. I received my PhD in 2017 from Fordham University. I work primarily on medieval metaphysics, especially on issues related to causation and to the general hylomorphic framework, as they were debated in the thirteenth- and fourteenth-century Latin tradition.During my stay at the Centre, I intend to work on questions concerning the possible intellect: whether its potency to receive forms implies that it is in some way material, and how we should understand this potency exactly as contrasted with that of prime matter.
